Recurring Pay Period: Entity Definition

The Recurring Pay Period record defines the frequency of when payments are charged (e.g., “Monthly”, “Quarterly”, etc.). A monthly pay period would mean the recurring payment is automatically charged each month. The dates of the payments are defined on the Recurring Payment Plan Option.
- Name - The name of the Pay Period.
- Pay Period Code - Defines the code for the pay period as defined on the Payment Processor (e.g., the code for “Monthly” recurring payments in Payflow Pro is “MONT”).
The Recurring Pay Period is a required field on Recurring Payment Plan Options and Recurring Payment Plans.
