Formatting the Full Name Display

You may decide that your organization would like to adjust the way that the Full Name for contact records appears and is searched, looked up to, and appears in the header. Our default is last name, first name. CRM gives you the flesibilty to change the order, include middle names, and/or middle initial.

Navigate to Settings > Administration > System Settings

Under the General Tab, look at the section "Set full-name" format and choose the desired option from the drop down.

Click Ok to save changes.

*Note that you must have permission to adjust system settings to make this change. Making this change effects everyone in the organization. So it is advisable to communicate with others before making this change or requesting this change be made by support.
