Switch the Form View on a Record in CRM 2015 and CRM 2016

CRM allows you to create multiple forms views that can be accessed on an entity record. These forms views can be available to everyone or can be specifically targeted to specific staff members/teams. You can't see both form views on the record at the same time but switching between them is quick and easy. If you have upgraded from an older CRM version you may find that your old form views are still available with the name "Information" and the new form views share a name with the entity.

Open the Record you want to view.

For this example we will be using a record from the Account entity, but the steps are the same for all records in all entities where there are multiple form views.

Click the downward facing arrow next to the Entity name to see which form views are available.

Click the form view you wish to see and the page will refresh with that form view.
