Publish Products

Before a product can be used in the portal or in orders it will need to be published. Follow the steps below to publish new products or existing products that are currently in Draft Status.

Navigate to Settings > Product Catalog > Families and Products

Find and Select the Product you want to Publish.

Click Publish in the toolbar.

Click Publish in the Confirmation pop up window.

Click Publish in the Confirmation pop up window.

It could take a few minutes for your new product to appear on the portal, but it should be available right away in CRM.
